Recently, Yvonne Pedersen Chavez, (owner of Always Green NM) was married to Christopher Wilson here in Albuquerque at the UNM Alumni Chapel. She has gained two wonderful young men, Michael and Daniel as her stepsons. Her own children, Lauren and Jonathon along with her son-in-law, Eli and granddaughter, Allie were in attendance from California and Texas for the Wilson marriage.

Yvonne started Always Green NM synthetic turf in July of 2011 with the support of her since deceased husband Luis M. Chavez, who bravely fought pancreatic cancer for over 4 years. After numerous years of experience in managing capital improvement projects from lakes and trails, to parks and campgrounds, Yvonne felt she could provide a quality turf installation service. Always Green NM focuses on customer service, reasonable pricing and maintaining relationships with our customers. Additionally, we are involved in community projects and make donations to local agencies like Children’s Cancer Fund of New Mexico and others.
